Flink - By SofiesC

Flink: 14ct Gold Filled Crystal Quartz wire-Wrapped Earrings - By SofiesC

Materials: gold filled wire, rock crystal quartz and gold filled beads.

This is a gold filled version of the Pella earrings. This time the shape is a bit softer and drop shaped. These are also a bit bigger than the silver pair. The stone used is a concave cut rock crystal quartz. I love the swirly victorian shape of these. The gold filled wire has been shaped and hammered and just as in the pella earrings the shape of the wire construction is accented by the shape of the bead.

The Pella earrings were the name of one of my most inspiring art teachers. I named these after my other inspiration. The softer more sensitive version of Pella, HÃ¥kan Flink.

Nereids Treasure - By Orgellan

Sterling Silver Fluorite, London Blue Topaz, Swiss Blue Topaz, Kyanite, Iolite, Chalcedony, Moss Aquamarine & moonstone wire-wrapped Necklace - By Orgellan

Measurements: The length of the necklace is approx 17.5 inches (44cm) extending to 20 inches (51cm). The pendant length is approx 2.5 inches (6.5cm)

Materials: Sterling Silver, Fluorite, London Blue Topaz, Swiss Blue Topaz, Chalcedony, Iolite, Kyanite, Moss Aquamarine, Moonstone

Oceanic luxury.... beautiful blues teamed with aqua green tones and brooding grey, make this a necklace fit for any ocean goddess. This pendant necklace is entirely crafted by hand using sterling silver wire. The hand-formed silver pendant was adorned with finely woven sterling silver spiraling flourishes with a multitude of watery, ethereal gems clustering the frame. The gemstones used in the cluster are London Blue Topaz, Swiss Blue Topaz, Chalcedony, Iolite, Kyanite, Moss Aquamarine and Moonstone. At the bottom is a magnificent AAA Blue fluorite briolette, woth a coin of AAA London Blue Topaz set within with frame above the cluster. Coordinating gemstone links connect the pendant to the lengths of sterling silver chain, and the necklace is fastened with a hook clasp. The necklace is also fitted with an extender chain finished with a briolette of Iolite. Finally, I gave the sterling silver necklace an antique finish, complimenting the mystical feel of the piece. A wonderfully elegant, one of a kind necklace, filled with ethereal blues and watery magic, to be treasured and loved.

Silver Leaves

Silver Leaves

Meaurements: Chain 45 cm Pendant: total drop 9cm Leafs: 7,5 cm / 5,5 cm / 3,5 cm long
Materials: Sterling silver wire
Description: My signature leaf in a new sleek version and in a combination of soldered and wire wrapped elements. I started by shaping three different sized leaves in 1.6 mm sterling silver wire and soldered them closed. The smallest leaf was then wire wrapped and woven with hair thin wire, before I gently curved the leafs for depth. To continue the sleek impression, I made a big oval bail to let them hang from and ended with a smooth silver snake chain. The leafs and the bail have all been annealed and polished to a high shine (the smallest leaf before I wrapped it) and the chain is a high polished, non tarnish chain. Nevertheless I recommend you give this necklace an occasional cleaning to keep it white and shining. You might also want to store it in a closed zip-lock bag. I know – not a very charming way to store your jewellery – but it does keep air out and by that prevents oxidising.

Heart Of princess - By Zaplecione

Heart Of Princess - By Zaplecione
Almost every girl wanted to be a princess once upon a time. Anyway - I wanted to ;) in my preschool age. For the Christmas Party my dad used to make me a paperboard crown, decorated with silverpaper and flowers and my mom would sew a princess gown - red in most cases. And I was ready to go to the ball, where Santa Claus handed toys and sweets out. Only thanks to old photos I may see now how gorgeous princess I once was. These fond memories were my inspiration in designing these earings, made with sterling and fine silver wires, topaz briolettes (9mmx5mm) and pink garnet rondelles (3mm). They glow pink by pink topaz and garnet, delicate and fabulous. Old-fashioned.
The heart frames measure 2.2cm x 2.3 cm (including ornamental post). Total length - 4 cm Earrings were oxidized and polished to bring out the coils and give more old-fashioned look.

Eternal Summer

Eternal Summer - By
Meaurements: 56cm long Focal 5cm drop Biggest flower 3cm in diameter
Materials: 14K gold filled wire, 14K gold filled round beads, 14K gold filled textured chain, London Blue Topaz in two sizes, one flawless Whiskey Quartz smooth briolette
Description: “… And every fair from fair sometime declines, By chance or nature's changing course untrimm'd; But thy eternal summer shall not fade, Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest; …”
Sonnet 18, William Shakespeare
This handmade, asymmetrical necklace in 14K gold filled wire and London Blue Topaz faceted rondelles, was inspired by sonnet no.18 by William Shakespeare, which is another of my favourite written pieces. No, it IS my favourite written piece. I recite it, quietly to myself many, many times each month and over the years I must have recited it hundreds of times. And how someone decided centuries ago, to put a few words together and with those words bring tears to my eyes today, is something I will never understand. I do hope I have done the sonnet justice.
I started by shaping the flowers and wire wrapped them in different looks and techniques to add texture and then added one gorgeous London Blue Topaz to each centre and embraced that topaz with a coil of wire. The larger of the flowers also got two round 14K gold filled beads and one smaller, slightly lighter in shade, London Blue Topaz on the petals. One of the flowers also doubles as the hook style clasp, with the hook hidden under the wrapping. The flowers are connected with a 14K gold filled chain that is slightly textured.
The focal is one of the flowers but with an addition of a flawless Whiskey Quartz smooth briolette. It is simply stunning. From the top of the briolette a little cascade of London Blue Topaz rondelles falls.
With the yellow gold and the blue topaz, it will be like wearing an eternal summer around your neck

Calla Lily - By Blue Almonds

Calla Lily - By Blue Almonds
Available Exclusively At Wire Boutique

Measurements: the calla lily focal is 4.5cm / 1.8” long and measures 2.7cm / 1.1” at the widest point; the centrepiece lemon quartz briolette is 2.8cm / 1.1” long; the chain measures 52cm / 20.5"
Materials: eye clean lemon quartz, smooth garnet, AA micro-faceted peridot, sterling silver, fine silver
This pendant is an incarnation of my love to flowers and was created with a company of a little Calla Lily plant with cream and yellow flowers sitting on my work table. Hand crafted from scratch it took 11 hours of work and meters and meters of the thinnest fine silver wire. The wire was weaved on a hand shaped sterling silver frame to form light and airy petal embracing softly its heart - the lemon quartz briolette. Little garnets were weaved along the flower edges to add some natural contrast. To give an impression of a flower stem I added two garnet and four peridot beads to the chain. The clasp - hand shaped and then hammered - was embellished with two little garnet beads.
